SFnewsletter Week ending Nov. 19, 2004

Dear Friends: ****The SFnewsletter found a home in cyberspace. Have a look. SFnewsletter Blog **** _____ Welcome to the newest members of the list. To opt-out, either email Me, or click on the "unsubscribe" button below. If you know anyone who would like to be added to this distribution, send me their email, or have them contact me. Don't forget to click on the "New on Market", and "Sold" reports below. They are what make this newsletter tick.* $____ Market Update: The market is smoking! Sales activity is still tremendous. Overbids are as common as the fog. Interest rates are low and demand is still amazingly high. There is a ton of money in this city. Remember that. Like I've said before, national averages don't mean anything in San Francisco. $$___ Maximum overbid of the week**: This was a very close race, but the winner in the end is 2330-34 Geary in Lower Pacific Heights. Three unit building. Not the prettiest I've ever seen. Approximately 2900 square feet, $344 per square foot (Seems like a bargain, but let's be honest here.), asking $799,000 sold for $1,018,000. Here's a link to the property description: Property Description $$$___ My Thoughts: Think of the stickers you see, "I'd rather be..." Happy Aloha Friday! alex New on Market Report: New on Market SOLD 11/5/04-11/19/04: Report SOLD 10/22/04-11/4/04: Report __ Blog If you know anyone who is considering buying or selling real estate in San Francisco, I would greatly appreciate the referral. Thanks!
